What to expect

A visit centred around your pet.

Every consultation begins with your pet’s history, symptoms and comfort. We will explain any recommended tests or next steps before moving ahead.

  1. 1

    Tell us what has changed

Share what you have noticed and when it began. The veterinarian will examine your pet and ask a few focused questions.

  2. 2

    Understand the options

If tests or treatment may help, the veterinarian will explain why and talk you through the available options.

  3. 3

Go home with a clear plan

You will know what to do next, what to watch for and whether your pet needs medicines, tests or a follow-up visit.
