1 · Separate routine supplies from medical decisions
Some purchases are simple. Others deserve professional guidance.
Everyday food, treats and accessories can often begin with a product check. Supplements, a major diet change or anything connected to an illness need more care. If your pet has a prescribed diet, food sensitivity or medical condition, ask the veterinarian before substituting products.
Prescription medicines are not offered through Billu & Bella’s online or WhatsApp order flow. Medicine questions should go to the clinic and may require consultation, prescription or in-store verification.
2 · Check the current label
Pack details and formulations can change.
Check the exact product name, intended species and life stage, variant, net quantity, ingredients, feeding information, expiry and storage instructions on the current package. Never assume an old image, online description or previous pack is still accurate.
Because packs and formulations change, we confirm the current product, size, price and stock before accepting an order.
3 · Confirm before travelling
A local stock check saves time.
Send the product name, preferred pack and quantity. Staff then confirms the available item, current price and whether it is ready for pickup. The enquiry becomes an order only after those details and the applicable payment method are agreed.
4 · Build a simple repeat-purchase routine
Keep the essentials predictable.
Note how quickly regular supplies are used and enquire before the final pack runs out. Keep proof of purchase and the original packaging until you have checked the item. If the product supplied is damaged, expired or incorrect, contact the shop promptly.
